? Some Aspects of our Services
? We do not serve vehicles these have been sunken! An Example: Vehicle that has been exposed to sea (salted) water for a few days. It could be repaired by “Time Machine” only!
? We never install safety devices, moving or major mechanical parts that does not match manufacture requirements.
But we can install custom made Moldings, Seats and other Custom Accessories those does not interfere with vehicle safety.
  • To maintain a manufacture features and an appearance of your car, we make sure that these will match the factory values (and code). If it necessary we do some frame work
  • The color, texture, gloss, and durability of the factory paint finish must be duplicated precisely according factory code. Modern basecoat/clear-coat, pearl, mica, and three stage finishes require special blending and equipment to obtain a satisfactory match. We work only with modern and approved equipment.
  • Air conditioning system is charged with pressurized refrigerant that require a special equipment. We use the best in the market.
? The Whole Service Process includes the following steps:
  1. Free estimate with Warranty negotiation.
  2. Some jobs require at list 10% (excluding case when your insurance Co. guaranties the payment) deposit or/and  full payment for spare parts and supplies (including delivery). The amount of your deposit should be mentioned on estimate paperwork
  3. Charge adjustment (itemized bill ,that we send to your insurance Co.) will be ONLY after your vehicle inspected @ our premises
  4. Order parts
  5. A service period was mentioned on the 'Estimate' Paperwork, but the actual time may be altered  depending upon existing circumstances! E.g. all of our workers will serve your vehicle (this speeds up the job). Versus, delivered parts mismatch occurred (this will slowdown the project).
  6. Before a customer accepts our work, if necessary we make some additional precisions and adjustments, usually "On the house"
  7. When agreed ammount paid in full (that usialy included your insurance payment) we do final paperwork with Invoice and Warranty. You will receive a written guarantee the day you pick up your car. Sorry, we are not a bank and do not issue a credit or loan.

? Major Topics of Company Policy

  • Please note that orders received after 4:30 PM Pacific Time will likely not ship until the next business day. It is better to call us before noontime  to order parts and supplies
  • If you change your mind after your order (parts) already has been shipped. The shipping can not be canceled! Our suppliers charge us restocking fee (~15%) and both way delivery and insurance these are not refundable and all these charges will be on you!
  • We will gave you back all  replaced parts and materials from your car. E.g. hazardous liquids, filters etc. It is your property and responsibility to recycle these properly. But, if you will hire us to do it, then we will do it for you, according  Federal Environmental Requirements to waste hazardous materials. These procedures  are complicated and pricey but necessary to save our Nature! If you will see the additional recycling fee on your bill, the above link to governmental website is explicit explanation.
  • According our safety policy we do NOT allow any customer @ working area!! To satisfy your curiosity we published pictures of minor services.
  • We charge $10/day stocking fee if customer did not get his/her vehicle on time. Sorry, we do not have large warehouse or parking lot to store your stuff.
  • Insurance coverage that you have is between you and your insurance company and does not enter into our agreement to repair your car. We provide "An itemized bill for the repair" to your insurance company  and we provide a copy to you.

? Limited Warranty

  • Our warranty depends on many circumstances, kind of vehicle and service that has been done. Usual parts warranty is not more then 10 years
  • Warranty on Restoration is 5 - 10 years
  • Usual services are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of installation
  • Warranty is document (paperwork) issued for each service separately, there are no other kind of warranties (e.g. verbal) issued by our Co.
  • Warranty on oxidation - 5 to 10 years
  • Warranty on our paint job - from 3 years to vehicle life depends on Co. that produce the Paint
  • We do NOT issue any warranty if customer insisted to install a spare part or to use materials from unfamiliar vendor.
  • Sorry, we reserve rights to refuse our warranty if 'Vehicle Ownership' has been changed.
  • Our services are approved by most major insurance companies
  • Items on the repair order such as, Sublet Work or Sublet Labor, are subject to the guarantee of those suppliers. This warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse. Specifically excluded from this limited warranty is rust coming through the metal (oxidation) because of scratches and gravel marks from abnormal driving conditions.
  • Best Auto Collision Center guarantees that parts or materials are of the best quality. Those parts or materials are subject to the guarantee of original supplier. We will assist you  in handling any claim under the supplier's guarantee. We guarantee that used parts or other than original equipment manufactured parts were not used without authorization from you as noted on the Itemized Bill

This Limited Warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any prior course of dealings

  4. Personal Check. If customer is first time pay for our service then we need 7 business days (maximum) for his/her check endurance.
  • Sales Tax will apply to Washington state on each service or purchase according the Tax current rate
